November Instant Pot Meal Plan (2018)

It’s turkey month, and that means a new November Instant Pot Meal Plan. You’ll find lots of delightful meals, side dishes, and desserts for these cooler months. There are also some great options for Thanksgiving day. Here’s what you can expect:

Instant Pot Soup Recipes

I added lots of comforting meals to this month’s plan. With this chilly weather, comfort meals are the way to go and nothing says comfort like a warm bowl of soup. You definitely don’t want to skip any of the ones I’ve included in this month’s meal plan. There are lots of family favorites in here. And if you’re looking for a good recipe for crusty bread to serve with your soup, then check out my Homemade Garlic Bread.

Instant Pot Seafood Recipes

There are several yummy seafood meals like Shrimp Etouffee and Coconut Shrimp Curry. All are warm, comforting, and delicious. Plus, they’re so easy to make in your Instant Pot.

Instant Pot Chicken Recipes

I’ve also included some delicious chicken dishes. You’ll find recipes like Chicken Tikka Masala, Hawaiian Chicken, and White Chicken Chili to name a few. I don’t know about you, but I can’t get enough chicken.

Instant Pot Beef Recipes

If a nice, juicy beef recipe is what you’re looking for, I’ve got you covered! You have got to try my French Dip recipe this month. It is my family’s favorite Instant Pot meal to date and I know your family will love it too. Taking a bite out of a toasted sandwich made with the tender, juicy shreds of chuck roast is just unforgettable.

Instant Pot Side Dishes

As far as Thanksgiving, I included all the sides you’ll need for that special dinner. You’ll find wonderful Instant Pot side dishes like Sweet Potato Casserole, Mashed Potatoes, Green Beans, and more. Oh, and I also included a turkey recipe in case you want to make it in the Instant Pot as well!

Instant Pot Dessert Recipes

And last, the most important part of any meal… dessert! I’ve included some amazing Instant Pot Dessert Recipes this month. There’s Flan, Arroz con Leche, Pumpkin Pie Pudding, and Pumpkin Cheesecake. These desserts have my mouth watering.
