Growing up, there was always dessert after lunch and dinner. Always.
From cheesecake to flan, to arroz con leche, to pound cake – my dad always had to have his dessert after a meal. I remember every time we ate, he’d finish eating and immediately ask my mom, “Que hay de postre?”

So clearly, I’ve always had a love for desserts and baking. Now that I have an Instant Pot, I’ve ventured into making so many desserts that I had never tried before for fear of them being too complicated. Like my mom’s Arroz con Leche, which is now a breeze with the Instant Pot.
