So you just got a new Instant Pot and you want to get cooking, but how? What should your first recipe be? Well, I’ve got those answers for you right here. I’ve come up with a list of easy instant pot beginner recipes that you will be successful at.

Before we get started cooking though, I need you to be comfortable using your new pressure cooker. I made a video several years ago of Unboxing my Instant Pot. It’s a fun, short video so you can unbox your pot if you haven’t already. Make sure to watch the bloopers at the end, courtesy of my hubby!

I know this may not sound so exciting but it’s the perfect thing to start with. It’s incredibly easy and you’ll get used to releasing the pressure, which is what people are most scared of. Plus, once you make Instant Pot Corn on the Cob, you’ll never make it on the stove again!

Instant Pot Broccoli is unbelievably fast and it comes out perfect every time! Follow my instructions to make sure you don’t overcook it.
