So you just got a new Instant Pot and you want to get cooking, but how? What should your first recipe be? Well, I’ve got those answers for you right here. I’ve come up with a list of easy instant pot beginner recipes that you will be successful at.

Before we get started cooking though, I need you to be comfortable using your new pressure cooker. I made a video several years ago of Unboxing my Instant Pot. It’s a fun, short video so you can unbox your pot if you haven’t already. Make sure to watch the bloopers at the end, courtesy of my hubby!
After you watch that, you can move on to the water test. My How-to Video and post will walk you through the water test as well as tell you some important dos and don’ts.
Now that you’ve unboxed your new pot and done the water test you’re ready to cook!
Instant Pot Recipes for Beginners
I always tell people to start with easy recipes so you can be successful. You will get used to using the Instant Pot and before you know it, you’ll be a pro! So here’s a list of my easiest recipes for beginners, enjoy!
Corn on the Cob

It’s incredibly easy and you’ll get used to releasing the pressure, which is what people are most scared of. Plus, once you make Instant Pot Corn on the Cob, you’ll never make it on the stove again!
Steamed Broccoli

Once you make your steamed broccoli, you can step it up a notch and make my delicious Lemon Butter Broccoli. Another veggie that’s just as easy, is cauliflower. Hard Boiled Eggs
