Well, when you’re cooking plain pasta and you do the pressure release, it can sometimes splatter and leave you with a messy kitchen. We came up with a solution for that. There are a couple of my recipes where you may need to use that trick, but for the most part, you will have no problems following all these delicious Instant Pot pasta recipes. I have included all kinds of pasta recipes for different tastes. I hope you enjoy them all!
