Though Memorial Day weekend is traditionally full of poolside fun, grilling, celebrating, and sales, it’s important to take a moment and remember what it’s all about.

Memorial Day is a day for honoring all those brave men and women who lost their lives while serving in the U.S. military. So while you are celebrating with your family, take just a moment to explain to your kids what this day is about and how important it is to remember these brave soldiers who fought and died for our freedom.

Since it is a holiday, a lot of people will be grilling this Memorial Day weekend, as is tradition, but I know a lot of you will be using your oven, stove, or Instant Pot to prepare lots of goodies for your gathering. So I put together a list of easy, crowd-pleasing recipes you can make.

I have some main course recipes as well as a few desserts for you to choose from. Some are Instant Pot and a few are not. But all of them are delicious!
