  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 ½ cups sweet onion chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup bell pepper(s) red and/or yellow, chopped
  • 1 can crushed pineapple 20 oz, in 100% pineapple juice
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • ¼ cup dark brown sugar
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 2 pounds ground beef I use 90/10 ground sirloin
