28 Must-Have Instant Pot Accessories

By now, you’ve probably guessed that I love my Instant Pot! It has been a game-changer for my cooking. It has allowed me to make meals that I would never make at a moment’s notice otherwise. I’ve been able to recreate some of my mom’s recipes that I was always afraid to try because of the time and effort involved in them, like Arroz con Leche and Hawaiian Chicken. It is much easier now to make a home-cooked, hearty meal when I don’t have a lot of time. I could go on and on, but I’ll spare you!

  1. It seems like yesterday when I was trolling your page. Im pretty sure I was there every day….soaking up every tidbit of information, I could possibly glean. I had already received my 6 qt LUX, as a gift, but was afraid to use it! How many times have we heard that now? Your group gave me courage, and the desire to actually use it, and not just brag about having it! ( I now have 3 pots, but my LUX is still my “first love”❤I remember searching this very same list, and Im proud to say that I have almost everything on this list, at your recommendation! Thank you Valerie , for always being approachable, and ready to lend a helping hand. For all the Newbies, Congratulations! You have come to the right group. Valerie is by far the very best friend and partner, for your Instant pot journey! Hold on tight, we’ve been known to kick up our heels, and giggle a lot too.

    1. Hi Edie! You should be able to double the recipes without a problem, but you will definitely have to make adjustments on cooking time in this case. Thanks for stopping by!

  2. Thank you so much for the accessories list. That is awesome. I can’t wait to try your lemon cake recipe. Do you have a cook book?

  3. I have the mini pot – are there any ramekins out there that are small enough for 3 to fit in it? They would need to be no more than 3″ across. Right now I’m going to try some cheesecake in small glasses.

  4. I would like to have a non-stick baking/cake pot to put on top of the trivet in the Instant Pot. One that has a handle (folding) so it would be easy to remove from the hot pot. I have seen them in videos of people cooking with them but can’t find any for sale!! Thanks

  5. Thank you for the help with the pot. I have the 6qt. The very first thing i want to get is the pan for the cheesecake. Not the spring form but the other one. Can you tell me which depth to get. I didn’t know there were different sides. But i want as much as I can make.

  6. Shirley monroe

I would like to know how to separate the stackable pans. I could separate them after using in the instant pot. I love them otherwise. I want to use them but am afraid because I couldn’t separate them

    1. Valerie Cooper

Hi Shirley! So they got stuck after you used them in the IP? Mine separate with ease when I make something. Several thoughts about it, could the bottom one have been too full and it caused food to get stuck between them? Are they stuck together right now? If so, I would soak them for a while in order to separate them. Let me know more!
