Lemon Desserts

The sight, smell, and taste of lemon is a reminder of warm summer days and sweet, refreshing treats. These fresh lemon desserts are certain to help you beat the heat and put a smile on your face.

Lemon desserts are the epitome of summer! When I see a picture of a lemon I can’t help but smile. Am I the only one this happens to?

Just think of all the wonderful things we enjoy in the summer made from lemons! Lemon pie, lemon popsicles, and of course lemonade!

Growing up in Honduras, we had lots of lemon trees growing in our backyard. We actually grew what you probably refer to as limes, the green ones, but we call them limones, which is Spanish for lemons!

My cousins and I would pick them from the trees and we’d have competitions to see who could eat one without making a face! Maybe lemons remind me of Honduras and my family down there and that’s why they always make me smile!

Well, with summer vacation upon us, I thought it would be fun to put together a list of delicious lemon desserts you can enjoy. So, I asked some of my blogger friends for their best lemon desserts and they did not disappoint!

I included several tasty recipes, and I even added a couple of Instant Pot recipes, in order to give everyone a choice at making one of these easy and delicious lemony goodness desserts! You’ll see that I also included my very first mini cake in my new series of Instant Pot Mini Cakes. I think you’ll love it!
