Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Roma tomatoes approx 4 cups of ripened, deseeded and chopped
  • 1 cup white onion chopped
  • ½ cup cilantro chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • ½ medium jalapeno pepper seeded, and chopped
  • ¼ cup lime juice approx 3 limes squeezed
  • 1 tsp salt or to taste

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients to a medium serving bowl and toss to thoroughly mix together.
  • Allow to sit for 15 to 20 minutes before serving to let all the flavors set in.
  • Enjoy!
