Homemade Hummus
This homemade hummus makes a wonderfully delicious snack or appetizer. It's so easy to make and tastes just as good as any hummus you'd get at a restaurant.

Ingredients

chickpeas
drained, rinsed

cloves
garlic
minced
½
cup
extra virgin olive oil
1
juice of a lemon

tbsps
tahini
1
tsp
kosher salt
1
tsp
ground cumin
1
tsp
paprika
3
tbsps
water
Instructions
Drain and rinse the chickpeas.
Pour the chickpeas and the rest of the ingredients into a food processor.
Blend until smooth.
To serve, sprinkle with paprika and a bit of olive oil and enjoy!
