Egg & Ham Dip
This ham and egg dip is great spread on saltine crackers or mini toasts. It can also be spread between two slices of bread for a delicious alternative to egg salad sandwiches.

Ingredients

Instant Pot hard-boiled eggs

yellow onion
chopped

dill pickles

mayonnaise

Instructions
Chop boiled eggs, onion, ham and pickles.
Add chopped eggs, onion, ham and pickles to a bowl and mix well.
Add mayonnaise and mustard and mix thoroughly.
Add spices (salt, pepper, curry powder) and mix well.
