White Chocolate Chip Macadamia Cookies
These cookies are easy to make and so delicious. The macadamia nuts and white chocolate chips perfectly compliment each other.

Servings: 24 cookies
for the Dry Mixture
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp kosher salt
for the Wet Mixture
- ¾ cup unsalted butter melted
- 1 cup light brown sugar packed
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1 egg
- 1 egg yolk
for the Cookie Add-Ins
- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 cup macadamia nuts
Preheat oven to 325° F.
Make Dry Mixture: In a bowl, gently whisk the flour, baking soda, and salt.
Make Wet Mixture: In a separate bowl, mix the melted butter, light brown sugar, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, egg, and egg yolk.
Combine Wet & Dry Mixtures: Combine the dry mixture with wet mixture and gently mix together.
Add Chocolate Chips & Nuts: Fold in the white chocolate chips and macadamia nuts.
Prepare Baking Sheet: Use a lined or nonstick pan and, using an ice cream scoop, place the cookie dough onto the pan about 2 inches apart. These are meant to be big cookies!!
Bake for 20-25 min, depending on your oven.
