Chicken a la Peasant

  • 4 chicken breasts cooked and shredded
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cans chicken broth 14.5 oz
  • 1 can peas 15 oz
  • 8 slices bread toasted


  • Preheat oven to 400° F.
  • Add shredded chicken to a 13 x 9 baking dish.
  • Add cream of chicken, chicken stock, and peas to the shredded chicken and mix all ingredients well.
  • Bake for 30 minutes.
  • Serve over toast.
