Ingredients

for the Meat Sauce

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 3 tbsps dried minced onion
  • 3 tbsps dried basil
  • 1 tbsp dried minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dark brown sugar
  • ½ tsp kosher salt
  • ½ tsp ground black pepper
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 jar pasta sauce store bought, 25 oz, I prefer Trader Joe's Organic Marinara

for the Lasagna

  • 1 box oven-ready lasagne pasta
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 3 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
  • ½ cup parmesan shredded
