  • 1 cup white onion chopped
  • ½ cup cilantro chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • ½ medium jalapeno pepper seeded, and chopped
  • ¼ cup lime juice approx 3 limes squeezed
  • 1 tsp salt or to taste
