Instant Pot Salsa Rice

This is the perfect weeknight side dish to add some festive flair to any meal. You'll only need 4 simple ingredients for this super easy, terrifically tasty rice.
- 2 cups long grain rice rinsed until water runs clear
- 1 1/2 cups unsalted chicken stock
- 1 jar salsa 16 oz jar of your favorite salsa, I used Mateo's Gourmet Salsa
- 1 tsp kosher salt or to taste
