This heavenly Ambrosia Fruit Salad is so creamy sweet and loaded with fruit cocktail, mandarin oranges, cherries, apple, banana, coconut, pecans, and mini marshmallows. Perfect for your next holiday gathering.

  • 2 cans fruit cocktail 15 oz each, drained
  • 2 cans mandarin oranges 8.25 oz each, drained
  • 1 jar maraschino cherries 10 oz, drained
  • 1 cup sweetened flaked coconut I prefer Baker's Angel Flake Coconut
  • 1 pkg miniature marshmallows 10 oz, I prefer Jet-Puffed Miniature Marshmallows
  • 1 cup pecans chopped
  • 1 tub sour cream 16 oz
  • 1 tub whipped cream 8 oz, I prefer Cool Whip Original Whipped Topping
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 medium Honeycrisp apples peeled and chopped
  • 2 bananas sliced
